Once your appointment is booked, you can look forward to a 1 on 1 phone call with Lexus to discuss your fashion needs during the allotted timeframe booked. You MUST include your phone number at checkout that you would like used for your wardrobe consultation. You will be given a five minute grace period to join the call. If you join the meeting after the five minute grace period, you will NOT be given additional time during your scheduled meeting. You will need to book another meeting, if you need more time.
All consultations are 20 minutes.

Shipping Policy
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100. All Pre-Order items take up to 2 weeks for delivery. The specific window for shipping timeframes can be found listed under the size and quantity of the item. Pre-Order items are made to order, once your item has arrived at our warehouse, we will ship it out the same day. If your order contains a Pre-Order item with a piece that is on hand, the on hand item will ship as normal.
Return Policy
Sending items back to us for store credit is quick, and easy! To initiate a return please use our Make A Return Portal. Select the items you are requesting to receive store credit for. After you have selected the reason for your return and the items you are requesting to return, you will be prompted to conveniently print the label right from your home and send it back to us hassle-free. If you start the return process and do not mail your package back to us within the 14 day return window your return label will be no longer be valid and will be rejected resulting in forfeiting your eligibility for store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Include all items you are returning with the original tags attached. Items must be sent back to The Contour Closet within 14 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will given.
