All sales are FINAL. We DO NOT offer refunds.
Sending items back to us for store credit is quick, and easy! To initiate a return please CLICK HERE and select the items you are requesting to receive store credit for. After you have selected the reason for your return and the items you are requesting to return, you will be prompted to conveniently print the label right from your home and send it back to us hassle-free. If you start the return process and do not mail your package back to us within the 14 day return window your return will be rejected and no longer eligible for store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Include all items you are returning with the original tags attached. Items must be sent back to The Contour Closet within 14 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given.
• Exchanges
The Contour Closet, is constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. You may then use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Your digital store credit card will be sent to you via email. The email you used to make your original purchase, will be the same email your store credit will be emailed to. Please be sure to check your junk or spam box. All store credits expire after 6 months starting from the date your digital gift card is issued.
• Free Returns
If you are returning a package and opted for the $1.98 USD option that provides free returns during the initial checkout (re:do), there will be no charge for returning your order. Simply follow the same steps above and it will generate a FREE return label for you to download.
You CANNOT qualify for a return or store credit if you opted out of the free return option (re:do) at checkout.
If a return is made with additional items that are not included in your return, you will be subject to paying a reshipping fee of said item(s). If the reshipping fee is refused or unpaid within 3 business days, you will forfeit receiving the item back with no compensation.
• Item Conditions
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all of The Contour Closet and product tags attached and in their ORIGINAL packaging. ***If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING, or wearing the items and sending them back no credit will be issued and they will be blocked from our site.
Any item NOT received in good conditions, will NOT be accepted and the customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them. Any unaccepted packages that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 14 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions. Please find our shipping address below.

• Damages/Wrong items
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival via email (info@thecontourcloset.com). If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit. It is imperative that you report the damage to us within this time frame, including pictures of the damages in your email, so we can assist you immediately in getting your matter resolved. Customer inflicted damages, such as, cuts to the clothes made at the time of opening the package, will not qualify for a replacement. Please take extra care when opening the packages. Although it is a rare occurrence, if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with pictures of the item you received so we can send you a return label and ship you the correct item as soon as possible. If you make a return and your item is damaged such as: cut, torn, missing pieces or any embellishments are missing you will be held responsible resulting in a zero balance of store credit. Damaged returned goods are unacceptable.
• Credit Processing
We strive to be as fast and efficient as possible when it comes to returns so that you are able to use your credit towards another amazing outfit! When returned packages arrive at our facility, we ask that you give us 5-10 business days to process your store credit, but most of the time they are processed sooner. Please give 10-15 business days during peak holiday seasons. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an eGift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package
PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned a package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

All items found in the Sale category, or bodysuits are non-returnable.
• Order Cancelations
Due to the fact that our shipping department is very fast with processing orders, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
