Shipping policy

Once an order has been placed it CANNOT BE CANCELLED!  

There is a 1-3 day processing time on orders. Please note the processing time is NOT INCLUDED WITH SHIPPING DAYS!  

You must select EXPRESS for 2 DAY SHIPPING. All orders must be placed by 3p.m. EST Monday-Friday to receive express shipping.

You must select UPS NEXT DAY AIR for 1 DAY SHIPPING. All orders must be placed by 3p.m. EST Monday-Friday to receive express shipping.

Once your order has been processed, you can expect to receive your package according to the shipping method you chose at checkout.

Standard: 3-7 business days $9.95 USD

Express (Order by 3pm EST): 2 business days $25.00 USD

UPS Next Day Air (Order by 3pm EST): $45.00 USD

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Economy: 15-25 business days $25.00

Standard: 10-20 Days business days $30.00

International orders may be subject to customs fees

All garments are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your item leaves the boutique, your delivery is in the hands of USPS or UPS. Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS or UPS. If a package has missed the delivery date and still shows as undelivered we will contact UPS or USPS to file a missing package claim. The Contour Closet is not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off and shipped.
